Changes in Itinerary During the Tour
MansoRiver can make changes to the fishing destination when adverse weather conditions that put the client and the equipment at risk during the activity, this adjustment in the itinerary will be communicated before starting the activity giving the client the information of the new scheduled fishing destination. in case of weather conditions such as: heavy rain, snow, thunderstorm, forest fire, volcanic eruption, thaw with high flow
Travel Insurance
All clients must present a travel insurance policy before starting the tour. After making the reservation, you will receive the information to contract the appropriate insurance for the activity. This insurance is mandatory for the tour.
Suspencion During The Activity (no refound)
- Failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
- For sudden serious physical illness or sickness of any of the clients during the activity.
- When a client is constantly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, except for the consumption of authorized medication entered in the medical record of each passenger.
Start of the Tour
The passengers must coordinate the trip from their current location to the BALMACEDA AIRPORT REGION OF AYSEN CHILE. The maximum arrival time at the airport to start the tour is 12:00 PM, after this time for logistics and travel times of the initial day, we recommend considering an additional night of accommodation prior to the start of the tour.
No-show at the Tour
- If the customer does not show up on the date, place and time scheduled for the beginning of the tour, there is no refund of any kind.
- In case of any delay during the trip due to justifiable force majeure and you do not show up on the date, place and time agreed for the beginning of the tour, you will have 24 hours to give notice of your new arrival date, the tour will take place as long as it does not exceed the date scheduled for the end of the tour, our itinerary will be modified to adapt it to the planned route.
Fly Fishing Activity
- Each angler receives a credential that authorizes him to practice the activity in accordance with the fishing regulations in Chile.
- The local fishing guide has experience in wading rivers and lakes in the Aysen region for 18 years in the practice of sport fishing. He will provide daily safety information, information about the fishing site to be visited and will provide the safety equipment for the activity.
